Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them
  • Items must include all tags and original packaging materials
  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and quality assurance of all our crafters, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Bulk Crafts & Hobbies (due to the nature of bulk purchases)
  • Bulk Sewing & Notions (when purchased in bulk quantities)
  • Custom or personalized items (including special orders of Bobbins or Circular Needles)
  • Items marked as “final sale” in product descriptions

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return/exchange request. Use the template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for approval: Our craft-loving support team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Package your items: Securely pack the items using the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.
  4. Ship your return: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll receive an email notification confirming receipt of your returned item
  • We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of approval
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (typically 5-10 business days)

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

For exchanges of eligible items (like different colors of Baby Yarn or sizes of Circular Needles):

  • The item must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging
  • We’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items (like wrong Buttons or Beads & Jewelry components):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged/incorrect items
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the item using a prepaid shipping label
