We offer two convenient shipping options to get your crafting supplies to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Best for urgent crafting projects
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Perfect for stocking up on Basic Yarn, Buttons, or other supplies

Note: We ship globally except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our crafting materials, from Christmas Crafts to Circular Needles. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

Return Policy Details

  • 15-day return window from the date of delivery
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase required (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain quality for all our crafters, these items cannot be returned:

  • Bulk Crafts & Hobbies (due to bulk purchase nature)
  • Bulk Sewing & Notions (when purchased in bulk quantities)
  • Custom or personalized items (including special orders of Bobbins or Circular Needles)
  • Items marked “final sale” in product descriptions

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your crafting supplies:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with:
    • Your order number
    • Item details (name, quantity)
    • Reason for return
    • Exchange preferences if applicable
  2. Wait for approval – You’ll receive an RMA number and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Package items securely – Use original packaging if possible and include your order confirmation
  4. Ship your return to:

    Note: Use a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • You’ll receive email confirmation when we process your return
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after approval
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund

Important: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, standard shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Need a different color of Baby Yarn or size of Circular Needles? We’re happy to help!

  • Exchange items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • We’ll ship your replacement once we receive your return
  • For higher value exchanges, you’ll pay the difference
  • For lower value items, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received damaged, defective, or wrong items (like incorrect Buttons or Beads & Jewelry components):

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
  • In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label
